All staff is expected to write the APSO exam - to ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct, as maintained by the Organization. Although locally based (Western Cape) PEX networks with selected Recruitment Agencies in South Africa. Offering permanent placed staff and so too contract placements.
PEX offers a three month guarantee period - securing one replacement candidate, if need be. The Kersey Test - being career indicative to assist with correct placements. Reference/Criminal checks are outsourced and a new addition to the staff is a qualified Psychometrist.
