An association known as APROSA (Association of Private Registry Offices) existed for about 10 years before APSO'S formation. It had established its membership mainly among those companies that operated as 'registry offices' in line with the then current legislation.

Currently we do not belong to the body, but wrote and passed the Board Exam March 2003; 12 years of experience - In recruiting and consulting, with the Code of Conduct maintained and adhered to at all times.

OVERVIEW 
The success of Personnel Excellence (also known as “PEX Personnel”) has primarily evolved from referral business. A large enough client base exists that does not compel PEX to expand vastly, as it prefers to retain its individuality where client and candidate are valued - not merely viewed as; “a number on page!” Therefore the motto: "Bigger is not Better" - PEX is primarily focused on quality - but yes, "Being Great - but not Big" - like the small Giant in the Recruiting Industry. 

PEX excels in various areas and upholds its promise that even the tea girl whom desires to become a Receptionist - she too is considered, as much as the needs of the Corporate Executive, the General Manager or the C.E.O. - none are excluded. Human capital is treasured and vital to PEX’ success, but so too - the client’s staff needs are appropriately managed leading to successful placements. Every client’s supporting is viewed as “gold.” Without the client or the candidate PEX is unable to operated. Both client and candidate fulfill a specific role in the economy - and are vital to our economy and industry. PEX maintains a very high success rate - with accurate and appropriately placing, corporate fit, career passion and maintaining and upholding the BEE requirements of Law. Every candidate placed ensures that one more family is being fed and as such PEX contributes to alleviating poverty, which is rife in our country.

PEX is based in the Table View/Blouberg area, and candidates are placed, locally and nationally.

APSO EXAM
All staff is expected to write the APSO exam - to ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct, as maintained by the Organization. Although locally based (Western Cape) PEX networks with selected Recruitment Agencies in South Africa. Offering permanent placed staff and so too contract placements.

TERMS
PEX offers a three month guarantee period - securing one replacement candidate, if need be. The Kersey Test - being career indicative to assist with correct placements. Reference/Criminal checks are outsourced and a new addition to the staff is a qualified Psychometrist.
